Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Swimming Coach located in Bengaluru. The Senior Coach will lead and execute high-quality swim programs, ensuring that every swimmer receives personalized instruction in a safe, engaging, and growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Plan, organize, and deliver structured swim lessons across different age and skill levels.
  • Provide personalized feedback and progressive training for individual improvement.
  • Supervise aquatic sessions, ensuring safety and adherence to Machaxi's coaching standards.
  • Mentor and guide junior coaches, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Develop and implement training programs aligned with Machaxi's curriculum and philosophy.
  • Monitor athlete performance, maintain records, and communicate progress to participants and parents.
  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and motivating environment for all swimmers.

Qualifications

  • ASCA Level 3 / 4 / 5 certification or Diploma in Swimming. (Mandatory)
  • Freshers with valid coaching certifications are also encouraged to apply.
  • Proven expertise in swim instruction and technique development.
  • Experience in lifeguarding, pool safety, and aquatic program management.
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
  • Certifications in lifeguarding, first aid, and swim coaching are highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or a related field is an advantage.
