Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Developer with strong expertise in Java, Python (FastAPI), and AWS cloud services to design, build, and deploy scalable APIs and microservices. The role involves developing backend components, integrating APIs, managing cloud infrastructure with Terraform, and ensuring seamless CI / CD delivery pipelines.

The ideal engineer is hands-on with Spring Boot , FastAPI , and AWS (Lambda, ECS, EKS, RDS) — and can work independently to deliver production-grade solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and backend microservices using Java (Spring Boot) and Python (FastAPI) .
• Develop cloud-native applications leveraging AWS services — S3, Lambda, ECS / EKS, EC2, RDS, SNS, and SQS.
• Automate infrastructure deployment and configuration using Terraform and manage pipelines via CI / CD tools (Git, Jenkins, etc.) .
• Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms using Okta and JWT.
• Optimize system performance and scalability using Datadog and Splunk for observability and logging.
• Work closely with frontend developers using React.js and Node.js to ensure full-stack integration.
• Collaborate within an Agile environment , contributing to sprint planning, requirement analysis, and peer code reviews.
