Back End Developer

2-5 years of experience

Role & Responsibilities As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for :

Building scalable and secure APIs

Optimizing application performance and database queries

Managing high-traffic load and backend scaling

Working on caching, queues, and speed optimization

Integrating third-party APIs, payment gateways, and authentication systems

Collaborating with Mobile, Web, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless deployment

Writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

Required Tech Stack Candidates must be proficient in at least one of the following :

Node.js / Express / NestJS

Python / Django / FastAPI

Java / Spring Boot

PHP / Laravel

Golang

Bonus experience (preferred but not mandatory) :

MongoDB / MySQL / PostgreSQL

Redis / Kafka / RabbitMQ

AWS / GCP / Azure

Load balancing & microservices architecture

Key Skills REST & WebSocket APIs

Database design & performance tuning

Security best practices (JWT, OAuth, encryption)

CI / CD awareness & Docker familiarity

Strong problem-solving & debugging skills
