Position : Azure Infrastructure Engineer(L2 / L3)
Position Description : 6-8 Years of Experience (Minimum 3–4 years in Azure Infrastructure &
Cloud Architecture)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Architect, implement, and manage Azure infrastructure environments including compute,
storage, networking, identity, and security services aligned with enterprise-grade
standards.
Lead Azure cloud migrations—re-hosting, re-platforming, or re-architecting workloads usingAzure Migrate, ASR, and Database Migration Service.
Design and enforce Landing Zones, management groups, policies, and role-based accessmodels (RBAC) for enterprise governance and compliance.
Build and manage hybrid network topologies—VNet peering, ExpressRoute, VPN,Application Gateways, Load Balancers, and Azure Firewall for secure connectivity.
Implement backup, DR, and high-availability architectures using Azure Backup, SiteRecovery, and Availability Zones / Sets.
Configure and manage identity and access through Azure AD, Entra ID, Conditional Access,and Privileged Identity Management.
Optimize Azure cost and performance through tagging, rightsizing, automation, andFinOps practices.
Establish and maintain infrastructure monitoring, alerting, and reporting via Azure Monitor,Log
Analytics, Application Insights, and KQL queries.Key Capabilities and Technical Competencies :
Strong expertise in Azure IaaS / PaaS : VMs, Storage Accounts, App Services, SQL, KeyVaults, and Backup / Recovery solutions.
Proven hands-on experience with Networking : VNet design, Peering, NSGs, ASGs, LoadBalancers, Firewalls, and Private Endpoints.
Proficiency in Hybrid Connectivity setups and Active Directory / Entra ID integrationWorking knowledge of Azure Security and Compliance frameworks (CIS, NIST, ISO27001).Experience in Landing Zone deployment, Policy-based governance, and ManagementGroup hierarchies.
Familiarity with Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates for Infrastructure as Code (IaC).Good understanding of Azure DevOps pipelines, automation scripting (PowerShell, Bash),and CI / CD integration.
Required Skills & Qualification :
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field, orequivalent practical experience.
Mandatory (At least ONE) : AZ-104 / AZ-303 / AZ-305 / AZ-500.Good to have : AZ-400, MCSA / MCSE certifications.Excellent communication and documentation skills with customer-facing experience.
