BIM MEP Specialist

Position : BIM MEP Specialist

Location : Ahmedabad (Onsite)

Experience : 3+ years in BIM MEP Modeling (US / UK Projects preferred)

Software : Revit MEP, Navisworks, AutoCAD

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed MEP BIM models (Mechanical & Plumbing) using Revit as per project standards.
• Coordinate with architectural and structural teams for model integration and clash detection.
• Prepare coordinated BIM drawings, layouts, and documentation.
• Review design intent and convert 2D drawings / specifications into accurate 3D MEP models.
• Perform clash detection using Navisworks and resolve coordination issues.
• Maintain BIM project templates, families, and libraries as per international standards.
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of assigned modeling tasks.
• Support BIM Coordinators / Leads in project setup and QA / QC reviews.
