Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Techno Marketing Intern to deliver interactive trial classes and consult with parents, serving as the first point of contact for prospective students. This customer-facing role requires exceptional communication skills, adaptability to night shifts (including weekends), and a genuine enthusiasm for robotics and STEM education . The selected candidate will play a key role in creating an engaging first impression and guiding families through their learning journey.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct engaging and interactive trial robotics sessions for prospective students.

Consult with parents after sessions to answer questions, explain learning outcomes, and assist with the enrollment process.

Assess students’ interests and aptitudes to recommend suitable learning paths .

Clearly explain course modules, tools (LEGO, Arduino, Scratch, etc.) , and STEM-related career pathways.

Represent the organization as the first point of contact for interested families, ensuring a positive and professional experience.

Manage and update leads through CRM tools , ensuring timely follow-ups.

Support webinars, demo classes, and marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing and sales teams.

Conduct outbound calls to parents and students to promote programs and handle inquiries.

Maintain a high level of responsiveness, professionalism, and customer engagement throughout the communication process.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Marketing, or a related field .

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Comfortable working night shifts and weekends (with one rotational weekly off).

Proficient in online collaboration tools such as Zoom and Google Meet .

Strong presentation and interpersonal skills .

Ability to simplify technical concepts for students and parents.

Additional Information

Shift : Night shift with flexible timings based on class schedules.

Work Schedule : 6 days a week (rotational weekly off).

Role Type : Customer-facing and consultative.
