About the Role :

Job Title : Microsoft Copilot Studio Engineer

Experience : 4–8 years

Role Overview :

The Microsoft Copilot Studio Engineer will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying custom Copilots and conversational AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio (Power Virtual Agents) . The role involves integrating Copilot experiences across Microsoft 365 , Dynamics 365 , and custom business applications , leveraging Power Platform, Azure Cognitive Services, and Generative AI models to drive intelligent automation and improved user experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Copilot Design & Development

• Design, configure, and deploy custom copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio .
• Build adaptive conversational experiences using Generative AI , plugins , and connectors .
• Define topics, intents, entities, and flows to deliver contextual and task-based assistance.
• Integrate Copilot with enterprise data sources, APIs, and external systems (e.G., D365, SharePoint, Teams, SQL, SAP).
