Job Title : Trainee – Human Resource

Function : Human Resource & Admin

Report to : Assistant Manager / Manager

Location : Rabale , Navi Mumbai

Duration : 3- 6 months

About Immunoadoptive Cell Therapy Private Limited :

ImmunoACT is a pioneering, IIT Bombay incubated cell & gene therapy company, having developed India’s first indigenously developed CAR-T therapy for the treatment of refractory / relapsing B-cell malignancies (NexCAR19). It has an aggressive pipeline to leverage its indigenously CAR-T platform to treat various oncology and non-oncology related diseases.

Roles and Responsibilities

Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process (scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate databases, coordinating joining formalities)

Support employee documentation, records management, and HRMS updates

Help plan and execute employee engagement and welfare activities

Coordinate training sessions and track attendance / performance

Support statutory compliance and audit documentation

Assist in drafting HR communications, letters, and policy updates

Help maintain and improve HR dashboards and reports

Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed

Overall to assist the Recruitment and Training function by performing all support level work in documentation, data records maintenance, coordinating with employees and vendors. Keeping agreements and contracts and NDA's together.

Qualifications and Educational Requirement

MBA / Masters degree in any field (preferably in HR, Psychology, Business Administration)

Pursuing or completed a PG diploma / MBA in HR will be an advantage

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic team
