Key Responsibilities

• BCP & DR Strategy
• Design, implement, and maintain Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies aligned with organisational policies and ISO standards (ISO 22301, ISO 27031).
• Risk & Impact Analysis
• Collaborate with business units and IT stakeholders to perform Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Risk Assessments for critical processes and systems.
• Recovery Planning
• Develop and validate recovery strategies ensuring
• RTO
• (Recovery Time Objective) and
• RPO
• (Recovery Point Objective) targets are achieved.
• Testing & Compliance
• Lead or participate in periodic BCP / DR testing, audits, and compliance checks; review DR test results and close identified gaps.
• Continuous Improvement
• Maintain updated documentation, track corrective actions, and drive improvements through lessons learned and audit findings.
