Job Title : Human Resource Intern (Hiring / Recruitment)

Location : Remote / India

Duration : 3 Months

Stipend : Unpaid

Responsibilities :

Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to shortlist candidates.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.

Draft and post job descriptions on various job boards and social media.

Assist in employee onboarding and documentation.

Support in employer branding activities, such as career fairs or social media campaigns.

Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Requirements :

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with job portals (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) is a plus.

A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
