Business Analyst - Operations

Job descriptionReporting to Group Lead and supporting / driving specific COO reporting tasks Maintain internal information base related to production and project data Managing strategic projects related to business digitization and systems (e.g. SAP), Process improvements, footprint, efficiency improvement Managing topics / task forces to improve ad-hoc operational business issues CA qualified with strong interpersonal skill and expertise in finance & operational tasks 3-4 years of industry experience in operations. Experienced in working within multinational corporate environments and highly adaptable to matrix reporting structures, collaborating effectively across global teams and diverse functional hierarchies.
Your Tasks
- Manage operational and strategic projects
- Being able to elaborate independently concepts related to operations and finance
- Being able to manage interdisciplinary groups / project teams with a high level of empathy
- Being able to translate abstract project-targets into operational tasks
- Driving project tasks and finding creative work-arounds for obstacles during execution
