Job Description :
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telecalling Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will engage with potential clients, promote our IT / SaaS products, and drive lead conversion through effective communication and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote company products and services.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide detailed product information.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Maintain and update customer information in CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
1–3 years of experience in B2B sales / inside sales / telecalling, preferably in IT or SaaS products.Excellent spoken and written communication skills in Hindi, English, and Tamil (mandatory).Confidence in engaging with clients over phone and video meetings.Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.Basic knowledge of CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or similar is a plus.What We Offer :
