Job description

Responsibilities

  • Ideate and strategise compelling campaigns across multiple brands and

industries, from concept to execution with exceptional copywriting and visual

thinking at the core.

  • Carry out creative duties including campaign planning, scriptwriting, long
  • and short-form copywriting, and storytelling for digital and social media.

  • Mentor junior copywriters, providing clear direction, constructive feedback,
  • and creative mentorship.

  • Conduct regular brainstorming sessions, ensuring knowledge sharing and
  • upskilling within the team.

  • Plan for awards strategy and work towards it.
  • Coordinate closely with the Planning, and Client Servicing teams to
  • understand client goals, shape content strategy, and ensure seamless

    delivery.

  • Present campaign ideas and scripts to clients, driving strong creative
  • alignment and excitement.

  • Provide visual and narrative direction to the design team, ensuring cohesive
  • storytelling across touchpoints.

  • Collaborate with the Design team and New Business team on ideation,
  • creative showcases, and pitch presentations.

  • Upsell existing clients through impactful, insight-led campaign ideas and
  • assist in acquiring new business.

  • Manage revisions efficiently, balancing creativity with practicality and
  • deadlines.

  • Guide, support, and inspire juniors stepping in when needed to lead by
  • example and deliver excellence.

  • Stay on top of cultural, digital, and industry trends to unlock new creative
  • opportunities.

    Requirements

  • 6–8 years of experience in a creative digital agency with strong exposure to
  • campaign ideation, strategy, and copywriting.

  • Proven ability to write award-winning copy and lead creative work from
  • concept to completion.

  • Exceptional creative instincts paired with strong strategic thinking.
  • A wide vocabulary, and observational skills.
  • Strong team management skills with the ability to build an engaged,
  • inspired, and high-performing team.

  • Ability to juggle multiple brands and projects in a fast-paced, ever-evolving
  • environment.

  • Proficiency in diverse content formats (social media, websites, blogs,
  • emailers, long-form content, and campaigns).

  • Deep understanding of the latest cultural and digital trends and how they
  • shape brand communication.

  • Excellent command over English (grammar, tone, and style) with a flair for wit
  • and linguistic creativity.

  • Ability to integrate AI tools into the creative process, using them for smarter
  • ideation, research, and content enhancement without losing the human

    touch.

  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills with the ability to pitch ideas
  • confidently and persuasively to clients and internal teams.
