Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and implement Edifecs software including SpecBuilder, XEngine Server, and Transaction Management.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements from healthcare clients and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Design, build, and test EDI solutions for healthcare data exchange, including HIPAA-compliant transactions (e.g., 837, 835, 270 / 271).
  • Interface with client teams to ensure smooth integration and support.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data flows , ensuring accuracy and compliance with healthcare standards.

🛠️ Required Skills and Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in healthcare IT , especially with EDI and HIPAA transactions.
  • Proficiency with Edifecs tools such as SpecBuilder, XEngine, and Transaction Manager.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare standards like HL7, NCPDP, and X12.
  • Experience with SQL and scripting languages for data manipulation and automation.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.

  • Certifications in Edifecs or healthcare data standards are a plus.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and APIs used in healthcare data exchange.
