Job Overview :
We are seeking an accomplished Brand Manager to lead strategic brand initiatives and oversee end-to-end marketing functions. The ideal candidate will be a visionary marketer with proven expertise in brand building, campaign execution, and cross-channel marketing strategy. This role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and creative storytelling to strengthen brand equity
and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand and marketing strategies across all lifecycle stages.
- Strengthen brand visibility and engagement through digital, influencer, and traditional marketing campaigns.
- Oversee SEO, PPC, SMO, ORM, and influencer marketing initiatives to maximize reach and ROI.
- Conduct market research to identify consumer insights, trends, and competitive opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and agencies to ensure consistent brand communication.
- Manage budgets, monitor campaign performance, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Lead PR initiatives, media relations, and promotional events to enhance brand reputation.
- Mentor and guide the marketing team to achieve strategic business objectives.
Key Qualifications :
Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.10+ years of experience in brand management or digital marketing.Proven success in developing and executing high-impact marketing campaigns.Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.Experience with marketing analytics tools and campaign management platforms.Exposure to the financial services industry is a plus.
