Job Title : Web Developer cum SEO Expert – Real Estate Industry

Job Overview :
We are looking for a skilled Web Developer cum SEO Specialist with hands-on experience in building, optimizing, and maintaining real estate websites that are fast, user-friendly, and SEO-optimized. The ideal candidate will play a dual role in enhancing our digital presence and driving organic traffic through search engines for property sales and rentals in Pune and Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities :
Web Development
- Develop, manage, and update responsive websites using WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Ensure optimal performance, speed, mobile responsiveness, and security of all web pages.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing team to implement new features, landing pages, and UI / UX improvements.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues across browsers and devices.
- Integrate forms, CRM tools, chatbots, and lead tracking systems into web pages.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to create SEO strategies tailored to real estate.Optimize on-page elements such as meta titles, descriptions, headers, alt tags, and URL structures.Implement and monitor technical SEO (site speed, schema markup, crawlability, etc.).Develop and manage backlinking strategies, local SEO listings, and Google My Business optimization.Monitor site analytics using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and other SEO tools.Work with content teams to create blog posts and landing pages optimized for SEO and lead generation.Requirements :
2+ years of experience in web development and SEO, preferably in the real estate industry.Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript , WordPress, CPanel and responsive web design.In-depth knowledge of SEO tools ( SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, Screaming Frog, etc.).Strong understanding of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and PageSpeed Insights.Experience in optimizing websites for conversion (CRO) and integrating third-party tools like CRM, WhatsApp chat, lead forms, etc.Familiarity with real estate project pages, location-based optimization, and mobile-first indexing.Based in Pune and available for on-site work.Preferred Skills :
Experience with landing page builders like Elementor, Webflow, or Unbounce.Knowledge of basic graphic design tools (Canva, Figma).Familiarity with email marketing tools and CRM platforms like HubSpot or Zoho.Understanding of schema markup, local SEO directories, and technical audits.If you are passionate about creating high-performing websites and driving organic growth through smart SEO strategies, we’d love to have you on our team!
