Requirements
What You’ll Do :
- Act as an invisible support layer for the entire company, enabling growth from 60 to 100+ employees through smart processes and empathetic execution.
- Manage end-to-end onboarding , ensuring new team members feel welcomed, prepared, and excited — from documentation and onboarding checklists to personalized swag.
- Handle employee data management and compliance , including insurance, salary slips, and documentation.
- Support payroll management and reimbursements , ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Oversee people operations — from thoughtful gifting on special occasions to planning team off-sites and managing company assets (like MacBooks).
- Conduct regular one-on-one sessions to understand team well-being, professional goals, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with managers and peers to enable success and continuous development for every team member.
