Greetings We are looking for a Team Lead for an International Customer Support Process in Gurgaon

Roles and Responsibilities

Managing Team Performance

  • Setting team targets board that in line with annual target requirements
  • Tracking performance through effective use of all performance reports

Recruitment & Selection

Core Team Development

  • Coach and develop employees through regular one on one meetings, and through the use of individual Development Action plans (including outsourced renewalist, if applicable)
  • Client Relation Management

  • Maintain ongoing relationships with the Key personnel of the project
  • Desired Candidate Profile

  • Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of employees
  • Min 1 year International Team Lead Experience
  • Good team working skills and able to work effectively and contribute in a team
  • Lateral thinking, Persistent and Persuasive / Influencing
  • Positive and Enthusiastic
  • Ability to work to deadlines & Targets
  • Keen, flexible attitude
  • Willing to work in rotational shifts
  • Salary Offered Upto 6lpa (Based on last drawn)
