Roles and Responsibilities
Managing Team Performance
- Setting team targets board that in line with annual target requirements
- Tracking performance through effective use of all performance reports
Recruitment & Selection
Core Team Development
Coach and develop employees through regular one on one meetings, and through the use of individual Development Action plans (including outsourced renewalist, if applicable)Client Relation Management
Maintain ongoing relationships with the Key personnel of the projectDesired Candidate Profile
Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of employeesMin 1 year International Team Lead ExperienceGood team working skills and able to work effectively and contribute in a teamLateral thinking, Persistent and Persuasive / InfluencingPositive and EnthusiasticAbility to work to deadlines & TargetsKeen, flexible attitudeWilling to work in rotational shiftsSalary Offered Upto 6lpa (Based on last drawn)
