Your Role
The Revenue Operations Organization goal is to craft and maintain the mechanism necessary to accelerate SolarWinds GTM performance. This role will report to the Director of Rev Ops Strategy at SolarWinds. This role will help build out and be accountable for internal process design & documentation, system and workflow improvement, and cadenced functional planning. The ideal candidate should have growth mindset, strategic thinking, as well as a passion for continuous improvement.
Your Impact :
- Lead various Rev Ops process improvement effort that will help drive revenue.
- Improve, design, implement, and document internal processes that accelerates the evolution of SolarWinds GTM Org.
- Partner collaboratively with Sales, Channel, Analytics, Data, Business Applications & IT to build priorities and roadmap of executional areas.
- Manage the Rev Ops internal stakeholder-facing SharePoint site.
Your Experience :
Minimum 8 years of professional experience in sales operations, marketing operations, revenue operations, deal desk, sales enablement, data governance, or strategy.Expertise in territory design / planning, lead flow and routing logic, functional planning, and reporting.Expertise in product, sales, channel & marketing organizations.Deep understanding in B2B sales process, cycle, and functions / roles.Proficiency with SFDC, Tableau, Microsoft Suite, SharePointAbility to understand needs of various stakeholders and translate into an operational plan of execution.Ability to build relationships, influence and work collaboratively across multiple organizations, cross-functional partners, and stakeholders.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. SharePoint site management experience is highly desired.Outstanding communication, interpersonal & presentation skillsPossess an understanding of the SolarWinds Markets & SaaS transformation.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
