We are hiring Presales resources who will be responsible for qualifying leads and proposal preparations to support the Business Development Team.
Responsibilities :
Identify and qualify potential prospects through proactive lead follow-ups and market researchCollaborate with the pre-sales team to deliver impactful product demonstrations and presentationsCoordinate between client teams and QBurst technical teams to ensure seamless communication and alignmentUnderstand customer business requirements and contribute to the creation of tailored proposal submissionsDevelop and review technical and commercial proposals, ensuring alignment with client needs and organizational goalsEngage with customers and stakeholders to seek clarifications on RFPs and ensure accurate understanding of requirementsWork closely with Technical Architects and Digital Delivery teams to design the right solution and arrive at a comprehensive technical proposalManage scope, timelines, and client expectations, ensuring high-quality deliverablesNegotiate contract rates and terms while maintaining focus on company profitability and long-term client relationshipsFollow up on leads generated by marketing efforts as well as inbound inquiries to drive business opportunitiesRequirements :
Strong communication skills with proven ability to build and maintain excellent client relationshipsPrior experience in selling software / IT solutions or technical productsTechno-functional understanding with awareness of web and mobile technologiesDemonstrated client service and negotiation skills with a results-driven mindsetAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including pre-sales, technical, and delivery unitsWillingness to travel for short- and medium-term assignments as required
