Job Description : We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Executive to join our corporate team in Mumbai. This role will support end-to-end HR functions across all our group companies including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities : Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Handle full-cycle recruitment for domestic and export business functions (Sales, BD, Operations, Accounts, etc.).
Draft job descriptions, post openings on LinkedIn and job portals, and manage candidate pipelines.
Conduct initial screening, schedule interviews, and coordinate with department heads.
Drive onboarding formalities and ensure smooth induction for new employees.
Employee Engagement & Relations Plan and execute employee engagement activities, team events, and internal celebrations (festivals, birthdays, awards, etc.).
Develop initiatives to strengthen employee morale and company culture.
Serve as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution.
HR Operations & Compliance Maintain employee master data, attendance, and leave records.
Assist in monthly payroll coordination with accounts team (for VEA, KLV, and other group entities).
Ensure statutory compliance with PF, ESIC, Gratuity, and labour law norms.
Maintain and update HR policies, offer letters, appointment letters, and other documentation.
Performance Management & Training Support appraisal and KPI review processes in coordination with department heads.
Assist in identifying skill gaps and coordinating internal / external training sessions.
Reporting & Administration Prepare HR dashboards — headcount, attrition, and recruitment analytics.
Coordinate with management for manpower planning and workforce reports.
Assist in administrative and office management-related HR support.
Qualifications & Skills : Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2–5 years of relevant experience in HR Generalist or HR Executive roles (experience in pharma / export sector preferred).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Familiarity with HRMS tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of statutory compliance, HR documentation, and onboarding processes.
Proactive attitude, confidentiality, and strong sense of responsibility.
