As part of our founding performance team, you’ll be helping shape Klubenn’s approach to paid media — designing, testing, and scaling Meta Ads campaigns that turn creativity into real business impact.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a proactive, analytical Media Buyer specializing in affiliate marketing. The ideal candidate will manage our affiliate network, optimise media spend, negotiate partnerships, and drive conversions, while working closely with our growth and performance marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the affiliate marketing strategy to drive acquisition, upsells and retention for Klubenn.
  • Identify and manage high-performing affiliate campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance (traffic sources, conversion rates, CPA / ROI) and optimise media spend in real time.
  • Work alongside creative, content and digital teams to create campaigns with compelling creatives, offers, landing pages, and tracking links.
  • Maintain rigorous tracking infrastructure : UTM parameters, affiliate software / platforms, conversion pixel setup, data pipelines.
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports on affiliate performance, insights and optimisation recommendations.
  • Scale campaigns efficiently while maintaining brand integrity, target audience relevance and cost-effectiveness.

Required Skills & Experience

  • At least 1-2 years of hands-on affiliate marketing or media buying experience.
  • Proven track record of managing affiliate campaigns and optimizing campaigns for CPA, ROI and LTV.
  • Strong analytical skills — proficient with tracking tools, Excel / Google Sheets, dashboards and interpreting marketing data.
  • Familiarity with performance marketing channels and platforms (e.g.,Facebook / Meta
  • Experience in setting up tracking links, UTM parameters, conversion pixels and validating data integrity.
  • Excellent communication skills (both internal and external partners) and ability to drive results in a fast-paced growth environment.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling multiple campaigns, partners and optimization loops.
  • Preferred Skills

  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Proven understanding of Meta Ads Manager, audience segmentation, and optimization workflows.
  • Experience with performance metrics — CTR, CPA, ROAS, CAC, Conversion Rate.
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Creativity in testing new ideas, ad angles, and funnels.
  • Familiarity with Analytics Tool and Excel / Sheets for reporting.
  • Passion for digital advertising, experimentation, and growth marketing.
