Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced WordPress Developer with a strong background in custom development, SEO optimization, and marketing-focused website builds .

The ideal candidate will be skilled in WordPress theme and plugin development and eager to leverage AI tools and APIs to enhance content workflows, personalization, and automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain custom WordPress websites for business, marketing, and lead-generation purposes
  • Build SEO-optimized, responsive, and high-performance websites aligned with brand and marketing strategies
  • Integrate AI tools and APIs (such as OpenAI, chatbots, or automation systems) to enhance user engagement and efficiency
  • Develop and customize WordPress themes and plugins using PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
  • Set up and manage marketing and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, CRM systems, automation platforms)
  • Optimize websites for speed, scalability, and SEO best practices
  • Collaborate with the design, content, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive digital experiences
  • Stay updated with AI trends, WordPress advancements, and digital marketing technologies

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in WordPress development
  • Proven expertise in custom theme and plugin development
  • Strong proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
  • Experience with Elementor, Gutenberg, or WPBakery
  • Knowledge of SEO principles , analytics, and marketing integrations
  • Familiarity with Git and modern version control workflows
  • Ability to adapt and learn AI-powered tools and implement automation

    • Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)

  • Experience integrating AI tools, APIs, or automation platforms
  • Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A / B testing
  • Familiarity with headless WordPress setups or JAMstack
  • Understanding of UI / UX principles and responsive design
