Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Loss Adjuster based in Gurugram. The Loss Adjuster will be responsible for evaluating insurance claims, conducting site investigations, and preparing detailed assessment reports. Key duties include coordinating with claimants, analyzing policy coverage, validating the causes and extent of losses, and assisting in negotiations to resolve claims. The role requires collaboration with insurers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate claim settlements.

Qualifications

• Technical skills in loss assessment, claims evaluation, and risk analysis
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
• Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in report writing and documentation
• Knowledge of insurance policies, regulatory compliance, and industry standards
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Law, Accounting, or a related field preferred
• Professional certifications in loss adjusting or insurance-related disciplines are advantageous
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Must have IRDA License Certificate in Fire, Marine, Engineering, Property & Misc
