Senior Key Account Manager is responsible for overseeing and cultivating key account relationships within the consumer durables sector in the South Region of India.
This role involves strategic account management, business development, and collaboration with internal teams to drive revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will include :
Key Account Relationship Management : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the consumer durables sector within the South Region.
Strategic Account Planning : Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with overall business objectives, focusing on revenue growth and market share expansion.
Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region, expanding the portfolio of key accounts.
Negotiation and Contract Management : Negotiate terms, contracts, and agreements with key accounts, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships and compliance with company policies.
Market Analysis : Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscapes, and industry trends within the consumer durables sector in the South Region.
Sales Forecasting : Collaborate with the sales team to develop accurate sales forecasts, ensuring alignment with regional business goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to align strategies and ensure seamless execution of plans.
Customer Satisfaction : Monitor and enhance customer satisfaction levels, addressing any issues or concerns promptly to maintain positive relationships.
Revenue Growth : Set and achieve revenue targets for the South Region, implementing strategies to drive sales and maximize profitability.
Data Analysis : Utilize data analytics to assess account performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and make informed business decisions.
Promotions and Marketing Initiatives : Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotions, marketing campaigns, and initiatives specific to the South Region.
Compliance and Reporting : Ensure compliance with company policies and provide regular reports on key account performance, market trends, and regional activities.
Minimum requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a Key Account Manager in the consumer durables sector, specifically within the South Region of India.
Strong negotiation and strategic planning skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with the consumer durables industry in India, particularly in the South Region.
Analytical mindset and proficiency in data analysis tools.
