As a Deputy Manager of Medical Affairs , your day will be filled with engaging clinical experts, conducting educational programs, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry. You'll play a pivotal role in driving BD's clinical strategies and enhancing the company's market position.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Conduct clinical marketing education programs, seminars, and promotional events to improve BD's value proposition among clinical and economic buyers.
• Build clinical capabilities among the sales organization and channel partners through training and continuous evaluation.
• Develop and implement a regional calendar of engagements to create strong brand awareness and open doors with potential and existing customers.
• Support the sales organization with product evaluations, clinical audits, setting protocols, and troubleshooting to ensure high product penetration and seamless application.
