Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result driven Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for marketing our bench consultants to vendors, clients and implementation partners.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Hands on experience in handling full life cycle of Bench Sales recruiter.

2. Develop & Maintain strong Relationship with direct clients, Vendors and Implementation partners.

3. Negotiate contracts, rate and employment terms with vendors and clients.

4. Track submission, interviews and placements effectively using ATS Tools.

5. Stay updated on market trends and requirements in US IT Staffing.

6. Ability to multitask and work in a target drive environment

Skills Required

1. 1 -3 Years hands on experience as a Bench Sales recruiter.

2. Strong Understanding of US Tax terms.

3. Proficiency in using job portals i.e. Dice, Monster, Career builder, LinkedIn, Indeed Etc.

4. Must Have good communication skills.
