Salesforce Technical Architect – Loyalty Management

Role Summary :

The Loyalty Cloud Architect will lead solution design, enhancements, and roadmap development for client global Loyalty Management platform (already live across ~70 countries). The role requires a strong balance of technical depth and leadership maturity, someone who can represent Xebia as the face of our Salesforce team, engage confidently with senior stakeholders, and steer the technical team day-to-day.

Key Requirements :

  • Deep hands-on expertise in Salesforce Loyalty Management, configuration, and extensibility.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Core Platform (Service / Sales) and API-level integrations with external systems (POS, data lake, middleware).
  • Understanding of tier-based models, point accrual and redemption logic, and loyalty lifecycle automation.
  • Ability to guide a team of developers, QA, and admins; experience setting up Agile delivery frameworks (JIRA / Confluence).
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills. Must be able to interact independently with Client IT and Business leadership.
  • Exposure to DevOps setup for Salesforce environments is a plus.
