We are seeking a detail oriented and analytical Accountant (CA Inter Qualified) to manage and oversee accounting operations for international clients or foreign subsidiaries. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of both Indian accounting principles and international standards (IFRS / US GAAP), with experience in cross border transactions, foreign currency accounting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

Maintain and reconcile books of accounts for foreign entities or clients as per IFRS / US GAAP.

Handle end to end accounting including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations.

Prepare and review financial statements, trial balances and management reports for overseas operations.

Ensure compliance with international taxation, transfer pricing and foreign exchange regulations (FEMA) as applicable.

Manage and monitor multi currency transactions, revaluations and foreign exchange gain / loss calculations.

Support monthly / quarterly / year end closing activities and assist in audit coordination (both internal and external).

Liaise with foreign auditors, consultants and clients to resolve queries and ensure timely financial reporting.

Assist in budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis for international business units.

Stay updated with global accounting and taxation changes relevant to the companies international operations.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

CA Inter qualified (or equivalent accounting qualification).

2-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably with exposure to international clients or overseas accounting processes.

Proficiency in IFRS, US GAAP and Indian Accounting Standards.

Hands on experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite or SAP.

Strong knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) for dealing with global stakeholders.

Analytical mindset, accuracy and attention to detail.
