HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Handle employee relations, addressing concerns, grievances, and conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
• Oversee performance management by coordinating appraisals, providing feedback, and supporting employee growth.
• Design and implement employee training programs and career development initiatives to enhance workforce capabilities.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salaries, bonuses, insurance, and other incentives.
• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance with federal and state employment laws and company policies.
• Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures to align with organizational goals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
• Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across all organizational levels.
• Support management with various HR projects and strategic initiatives as needed.
