Business Development Manager-Health Insurance

Job Summary :

We are looking for a results-driven Agency Manager to recruit, develop, and lead a team of insurance advisors / agents to achieve business targets. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities :

Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance advisors / agents.

Drive insurance sales through advisors to meet monthly and annual targets.

Motivate team members for consistent performance and growth.

Monitor and support advisors with customer acquisition and policy conversion.

Conduct regular meetings, training, and performance reviews.

Ensure compliance with IRDA and company guidelines.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and agents.

Track daily sales activities and prepare regular reports for management.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Very Good Communication.

2. Any graduation.

3. Age up to 38 as on date of interview

4. Any sales experience ( Insurance, Mutual fund, Equity) or Fresher MBA

5. Should be more aggressive and active in achieving the fixed targets.
