Responsibilities :

1. Handle the queries of the Distributors and resolve them within the TAT.

2. Ensure to meet the Distributors and showcase our product and services offered.

3. Meet all the Distributors on a regular basis and provide them the latest updates.

4. Supervise and monitor Team to ensure that they enter data with accuracy.

5. Attend to Investors, Clients and other Stake holders and provide them the required support.

6. Verify and balance the data by correcting the reject report and code errors and

send the same to User for correction.

Job Specification

1.Candiate must be a Graduate / Post Graduate

2.Candidate must have command / proficiency in English

3.Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

4.Must have basic knowledge on Mutual Funds
