About the Role :

The ideal candidate will be passionate about crafting visually impactful campaigns and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver top-quality creative work.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conceptualize and design creative campaigns across digital, mainline, and social media.
- Collaborate closely with copywriters and strategists to bring ideas to life.
- Provide art direction for photoshoots, videos, and brand campaigns.
- Guide and mentor junior designers to maintain high-quality visual output.
- Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables.
- Stay updated with global design and advertising trends.
