Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Center Manager / Floor Manager based in New Delhi. The Center Manager / Floor Manager will oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning of the hospital. Responsibilities include managing staff, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, ensuring operational efficiency, and supporting training programs. The role will also involve addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, monitoring standards of service, and creating a welcoming, patient-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and effective issue resolution.
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to manage team interactions and engage with patients.
• Experience in Operations Management, including workflow optimization and performance monitoring.
• Ability to support and deliver staff Training programs to improve service standards.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with healthcare or hospital operations is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospital Administration, Business Management, or related field preferred.
