Senior solution consultant

Sr. Solution Consultant plays a critical role in the success of the Implementation Services team. The Sr. Solution Consultant is to provide product recommendations and configurations, ensuring proactive communication to clients and internal staff, and managing enhancement requirements and escalations and capability to understand simple to complex business requirements and design a solution to meets those needs. The Sr. Solution Consultant drives projects to completion by anticipating the needs of the clients and ensuring the alignment of the internal and external teams focused on the implementation.Responsibilities and Duties : Creative thinking – conceptually and practically to come up with solutions while interacting with customersProvide consulting services to assigned projects as required, including product functional consulting, business process re-engineering, customization requirements, product validation and custom report analysisProvide Product training to customers as required on the modules that the Sr. Consultant is certified inContinue to improve knowledge of CQ’s solution, quality standards, industry, and technology to better serve the internal and external customersProactively improve one’s productivity and qualityParticipate in refresher training classes to renew certification and new training classes for new products, quality standards, industry, and technologyProvide product and industry training to company employees as assignedProvide consulting services to the assigned projects as required including product functional consulting, business process re-engineering, engineering analysis, customization requirements, product installation, data conversion requirements, product validation and custom report analysisTo groom and guide Solution ConsultantsExperience : Requirements / Qualifications : Master's in Industrial Engineering5 Years of experience deploying QMS or EHS systemsGood communicator - clearly and empatheticallyExcellent organization and leadership skillsCollaboration with all job levelsCuriosity & CredibilityGood writing skillsShould like to travelASQ, Salesforce Admin certification is a plus
