Job Description
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow HR Service Management professional with strong business analysis skills in dynamic, project-based environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing both independent and collaborative projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery, and managing key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Technology & Platforms : Expertise in SAP Employee Central, ServiceNow HR Service Management, HR Shared Services, and Contact Centers.
- Business Analysis : Ability to analyze business needs, manage stakeholders, and deliver tailored solutions in fast-paced environments.
- Project Delivery : Independent and collaborative execution of projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Communication & Influence : Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to influence, persuade, and negotiate effectively during workshops.
- Problem Solving & Analysis : Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to challenge existing practices and improve processes.
- HR Process Knowledge : A deep understanding of HR processes and technologies, along with awareness of current industry and market trends.
- IT Service Management : Knowledge of Incident, Problem, and Release Management processes, including service introduction and support.
- DevOps & Agile : Experience in DevOps environments and Agile methodologies, with hands-on knowledge of system configuration and the SDLC.
- SaaS & Vendor Management : Experience with SaaS platforms and vendor collaboration, including monitoring releases and roadmaps.
- Work Style & Initiative : A proactive self-starter with excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of working with minimal supervision while fostering team collaboration.
