Role Description

We are inviting applications for an Associate (4–5 years PQE) position in our Disputes – Commercial Litigation & Arbitration practice.

Expertise in drafting and appearing before Bombay High Court, Bombay City Civil Court, NCLT, DRT and arbitral proceedings in civil commercial litigation, arbitration and other forums.

Knowledge of the practice and procedure of the aforesaid Courts / forums.

Ability to manage and handle complex civil & commercial dispute matters.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Eligibility :

Minimum 4-5 years of experience in civil commercial litigation and arbitration matters.

Candidates must have familiarity with construction / engineering disputes.

Candidates should note that this is a full-time position that involves travel across India.
