About Us

UpRoi Digital Pvt. Ltd. is a performance-driven digital marketing company specializing in SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, and end-to-end digital growth solutions. We are expanding our sales & business development team and seeking a BD Manager with experience in the Digital Marketing industry to drive client acquisition and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities in the digital marketing domain (SEO, PPC, SMO, Performance Marketing, etc.).
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international clients .
  • Prepare and deliver customized proposals, pitch decks, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing & delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and campaign success.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and manage the complete sales cycle.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, competitors, and market insights .
  • Manage and mentor a small sales team (if required) to achieve collective targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of proven experience in Business Development or Sales in a Digital Marketing Agency / IT Services domain.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, SMM, Content, Performance Marketing).
  • Proven track record of meeting / exceeding sales targets .
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and lead management systems.
  • Ability to handle international clients (US / UK / Canada markets preferred) is a strong plus.
