We are expanding our sales & business development team and seeking a BD Manager with experience in the Digital Marketing industry to drive client acquisition and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities in the digital marketing domain (SEO, PPC, SMO, Performance Marketing, etc.).
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international clients .
- Prepare and deliver customized proposals, pitch decks, and presentations.
- Collaborate with the marketing & delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and campaign success.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and manage the complete sales cycle.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, competitors, and market insights .
- Manage and mentor a small sales team (if required) to achieve collective targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.2–5 years of proven experience in Business Development or Sales in a Digital Marketing Agency / IT Services domain.Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, SMM, Content, Performance Marketing).Proven track record of meeting / exceeding sales targets .Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Proficiency in CRM tools and lead management systems.Ability to handle international clients (US / UK / Canada markets preferred) is a strong plus.Soft Skills :
