Position : ServiceNow CMDB Admin L3

Experience : 6+years

Location : Bangalore / Hyderabad

Notice Period : Immediate or 15 Days

Job description :

6+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, with a strong focus on ITOM, Discovery, and Service Mapping.

Proven expertise in designing and building automation workflows using ServiceNow Flow Designer, including custom actions and spokes.

Extensive experience integrating external scripts (PowerShell and Python) with ServiceNow to drive automation use cases.

Demonstrated ability to use Integration Hub and ServiceNow Spokes for connecting to a variety of infrastructure, cloud, and application services.

Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide Script) and API usage (REST, SOAP).

Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components (servers, networks, storage, databases) and cloud platforms.

In-depth knowledge of CMDB data models, Discovery Patterns, and Service Mapping methodologies.

Experience with troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing ServiceNow automation and integrations.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITOM, Discovery, or Service Mapping highly desirable.
