Prerana Motors Pvt. Ltd., a reputed TATA Motors dealership estd. in 1991, is looking for an energetic, talented and experienced person to lead and oversee the HR & admin operations across its Sales & Service divisions. The role reports to GM-HR.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead HR team and implement best practices in Talent Acquisition & retention, Training & Development, Compensation & benefits
- Ensure routine compliance to all applicable labour & regulatory laws; timely and smooth payroll administration
- Manpower planning in co-ordination with Business / Division Heads and as per business goals
- Maintain harmonious employee relations, timely complaint resolutions and positive working environment
- Oversee Admin dept and ensure proper upkeep and availability of adequate resources / infrastructure at all locations
- Security administration ensuring proper safekeeping at all times and at all locations
- Provide timely and regular HR MIS to Management
- Implement CSR programmes of the Company
Skills & Competencies :
Post Graduate in any discipline with a minimum 16 -20 years of HR experience in Retail / Factory / Service industry with minimum manpower strength of 1000 employees.In-depth knowledge of Labour laws and experience in dealing with Govt departmentsExcellent listening, negotiation and inter-personal skillsExcellent verbal & written communication skillsLeadership skills with strong problem solving & conflict resolution abilityExperience in General Administration, Event Management, CSR etc.Talent Acquisition & Performance Management experienceHR Software handling knowledge & experienceFluency in Kannada mandatoryRemuneration : On par with industry norms, depending on experience and ability.
