Job Description :

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Junior BIM Architect

with a

minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in Autodesk Revit.

The ideal candidate should have an academic background in B.Arch., Diploma in Architecture, or a related field in the AEC industry.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop accurate and detailed architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Model topography and architectural elements based on provided data and project requirements.
• Understand and follow architecture discipline standards and coordination workflows.
• Work efficiently in a central model environment and collaborate through BIM 360.
• Prepare sheet layouts, annotations, and presentation drawings according to project standards.
• Handle phasing work for renovation / restoration and new construction projects.
• Coordinate with project leads and follow defined BIM execution plans.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Experience in international projects (US / UK / UAE / Australia / Canada) is advantage.

Job Location : Thaltej, Ahmedabad

Salary Criteria : 20,000 to 30,000 per month (depends on interview process)

Preferred joining : 1st week of July
