We are hiring a Technical Delivery Associate Director in Coimbatore with a specialized focus on Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Cloud Data Platforms, BI, and AI-driven insights.

The ideal candidate will lead data transformation programs, architect data solutions, mentor technical teams, and ensure delivery excellence across analytics, governance, and data modernization portfolios.

✅ Key Responsibilities

📊 Data & Analytics Delivery Leadership

Oversee end-to-end delivery of data engineering, data analytics, and BI programs.
Develop data delivery frameworks, KPIs, quality gates, and governance playbooks.

📦 Project & Technical Oversight

Lead projects across data pipelines, ETL / ELT, cloud data warehousing, big data platforms, and real-time analytics.

Provide technical guidance in Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, Snowflake, Databricks, Spark, Python.

👥 People Management

Lead multidisciplinary data teams (data engineers, analysts, architects).

Manage hiring, team ramp-up / ramp-down, delivery capacity planning.

🤝 Client & Stakeholder Collaboration

Own senior stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment of business and technical outcomes.

Review data strategies, solution architectures, and roadmap execution.

🛡 Governance, Risk & Quality

Drive strong delivery governance, documentation practices, and risk control.

Ensure data quality, lineage tracking, validation frameworks, and security compliance.

🤖 AI & Intelligent Automation

Provide strategic understanding of AI Agents, advanced analytics, and ML enablement.

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications

12+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics delivery, or data platform leadership.

Hands-on expertise with Azure / AWS data stacks, distributed processing, SQL / Python, ETL / ELT frameworks.

Strong understanding of BI tools (Power BI / Tableau), data governance, metadata, and MDM.

Experience managing large-scale enterprise data initiatives.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management capability.
