Regional Delivery Manager

Driving Execution : -

• Maintain technical knowledge of the product line in terms of architecture, tech stack, dependencies, scale and performances
• Participate and drive release planning for teams; Participate in annual strategic planning process
• Identify and manage risks and dependencies for the teams
• Monitoring adherence to budgets and make the best use of resources
• Ensures delivery of quality releases for product line through management of direct reports

TALENT DEVELOPMENT : -

• Coach and mentor the team
• Hold ongoing career path discussions; encourage lateral development in addition to readiness for upward mobility
• Identify and advocate for training and development based on skill gaps, tech market trends and internal product changes
• 12+ years of experience in IT with at least 4+ years of experience in Angular, JavaScript Frameworks, Design patterns
• Some experience in Dot Net Technologies will be a big plus
• 6+ years of experience in leading teams up to 20 members
• Expertise in Banking & Financial Services or Insurance will be added advantage
• Working experience with code versioning tools (such as Git / GitHub), Web services, Restful APIs and JSON.
• Azure Kubernetes service and Serverless Stack knowledge are good to have
• Strong competency in Object-Oriented Programming and Design thinking
• 2 years experience in server-side code integration using emerging databases such as Mongo DB or any No SQL DB is good to have
• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience
