Role Overview : As a Senior Pre-Sales Executive , you will be the first voice of the brand — the bridge between aspiration and reality. You will engage with high-intent leads generated through digital and referral channels, understand their lifestyle aspirations, and guide them towards discovering their perfect home with TG Developers.
Key Responsibilities : Engage promptly with qualified leads from online and offline campaigns.
Understand the client’s investment goals, location preferences, and design sensibilities.
Present TG’s luxury projects with a personalized, consultative approach.
Schedule and coordinate project walkthroughs with the Sales and CRM teams.
Maintain accurate records and insights in the CRM for lead tracking and performance review.
Deliver exceptional pre-sales service that reflects the brand’s premium ethos.
Support marketing initiatives and contribute feedback to enhance lead quality and conversion ratios.
Desired Profile : 2–4 years of experience in real estate pre-sales / customer engagement (luxury or premium segment preferred).
Excellent communication skills with a refined and confident personality.
Fluent in English ; proficiency in Kannada and Hindi is an advantage.
Ability to understand client psychology and sell through trust and relationship building.
Tech-savvy with working knowledge of CRM systems.
Goal-oriented, self-driven, and passionate about the art of high-value sales.
