We are looking for an experienced, business-aligned Business Development & Enablement Manager Investments to lead capability building and sales enablement for our pan-India partner (sub-broker) network.
The role focused on partner growth, sales acceleration, and market readiness across wealth and insurance products.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales Enablement :
- Design and execute a pan-India training and development roadmap covering investments, insurance and sales techniques for AssetPlus partners
- Implement scalable enablement methodologies, hybrid delivery models, and impact measurement frameworks.
- Identify and collaborate with network of external trainers and subject matter experts
Content Development & Delivery :
Own and develop a centralized knowledge framework for investment and insurance content.Deliver the content to partners both online & offline with objective of their business growthConduct sessions on using data and tech for client retention, upsell, and wallet expansionIdeal Candidate Profile :
5 Years+ Experience in Business Development, Sales, or Product roles within Asset Management, Financial Services, or WealthTech.Proven success in distributor transformation, sales enablement, or channel growth.Deep expertise in Mutual Funds.Insurance preferredStrong communication and facilitation skills in English and HindiTrack record of leading teams, owning strategy, and working cross-functionally with senior leadership.Willingness to travel offered compensation package will be based on the candidates prior experience and current Cost to Company (CTC)Why Join Us? :
