Roles and Responsibilities :
Housekeeping Operations Management
- Plan and oversee daily cleaning and maintenance schedules for all areas including offices, classrooms, restrooms, and common spaces.
- Ensure the upkeep of executive offices (Director, Dean, etc.) with the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Inventory & Vendor Management
Maintain and monitor inventory of cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment.Ensure timely procurement and proper usage of housekeeping materials.Liaise with external vendors for cleaning services, maintenance, and pest control.Quality Assurance & Compliance
Conduct regular inspections and audits of all premises.Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and environmental standards.Maintain housekeeping records, checklists, and reports for compliance and quality monitoring.Handle complaints and service requests promptly and effectively.Administrative Coordination
Coordinate with the administrative, facilities, and maintenance teams for repairs and upkeep.Support event management by arranging housekeeping services during academic or institutional programs.Prepare reports and feedback for management review.Required Skills & Expertise :
Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning techniques, and hygiene standards.Excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software.Experience :
Minimum 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in managing housekeeping operations in corporate, educational, or institutional settings.Prior experience in maintaining executive offices such as Director, Dean, and other senior officials’ areas preferred.Salary- Upto 70k
