Human Resources Manager

We’re Hiring – HR Manager at BizFoc!

We’re looking for an

HR professional with 2–2.5 years of experience

to join our growing team of 35+ people at

BizFoc .

You’ll handle

hiring, onboarding, employee engagement , and help us

build a strong team culture

as we scale.

What you’ll do :

Manage end-to-end hiring and onboarding

Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee queries

Plan team activities and support performance reviews

Work closely with management to build a great workplace

What we’re looking for :

2–2.5 years of experience in HR (startup experience is a plus)

Location - Nehru Place Delhi , Full Time

Good communication, ownership, and people skills

Passion for creating a positive and growing team culture

Salary :

₹28,000–₹40,000 per month (based on experience and fit)
