High Salary : Head of Sales Marketing

Job descriptionBuild and implement a robust marketing and branding strategy to enhance visibility in target markets. Develop strong product positioning and differentiation strategies aligned with customer needs and industry trends. Drive brand identity across all customer touch points—digital, trade shows, exhibitions, and corporate communication. Conduct market and competitor research to refine brand narrative and support new product launches. Formulate and execute strategies for export markets including channel development, distributor network management, and global alliances. Ensure compliance with international business practices, trade regulations, and certifications. Represent the company at international trade fairs, industry forums, and customer meetings. Lead, mentor, and energize the sales & marketing team to achieve stretch targets. Align team objectives with overall business strategy, ensuring synergy between sales and marketing. Drive a performance-oriented culture with clear KPIs for domestic and international growth. Preferred - Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, MBA in Marketing 15–20 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in specialty chemicals, life sciences, or related industries. Experience in ethoxylation / speciality chemical Exposure to pharma and food industry Demonstrated success in international sales, branding, and product positioning. Experience in building brands, launching products, and establishing a strong market identity. Strong knowledge of B2B sales, export procedures, trade compliance, and digital marketing. Hands-on experience with CRM, ERP, and digital branding tools.

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue and margin targets.
- Drive domestic and international business growth, managing key accounts, distributors, and global channel partners.
- Explore new geographies and business opportunities across Asia, Europe, Middle East, and Americas.
- Negotiate large-scale contracts with global customers and ensure long-term partnerships.
