Key Responsibilities :
Quality Management Leadership : Oversee and manage the quality function within the
organization, ensuring adherence to industry standards and company-specific quality
protocols.
Team Leadership : Lead and develop a team of quality professionals, providing
guidance, training, and performance evaluations to foster a culture of continuous
improvement.
Process Improvement : Identify opportunities for process enhancements, implement
corrective actions, and drive initiatives aimed at reducing defects and improving product
quality.
Compliance and Auditing : Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards and
regulations. Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess adherence to quality
requirements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with departments such as production,
R&D, and supply chain to address quality issues and implement solutions.
Reporting and Documentation : Maintain accurate records of quality metrics, audit
results, and corrective actions. Prepare reports for senior management and regulatory
bodies as required.
Qualifications and Experience :
Educational Background : A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is
typically required.
Professional Experience : Several years of experience in quality management roles,
preferably within the manufacturing or extrusion industry.
Certifications : Certifications in quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) are
advantageous.
Skills : Strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in
quality management software and tools.
