Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Product Manager role based in Ahmedabad. The Product Manager will be responsible for end-to-end product lifecycle management including planning, development, launch, and performance monitoring. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product roadmaps, collaborating with cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, sales, and marketing departments, and ensuring the products meet customer needs and company goals.

Qualifications

• Product Management, Roadmap Planning, and Strategic Analysis skills
• Collaboration and Communication skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams
• Market Research and Customer Insight gathering experience
• In depth understanding of Design Thinking, User Experience (UX), and Software Development processes
• Strong Leadership and Decision-Making capabilities
• Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Trello, or similar project management platforms
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, or a related field
